Master of Church Administration & Stewardship (MCAS)
Managing God’s House. Serving with Integrity. Advancing Kingdom Order.
Program Overview
The Master of Church Administration & Stewardship (MCAS) is a graduate-level program designed to prepare faithful administrators, ministry managers, and church officers to lead with biblical wisdom, financial integrity, and Spirit-led oversight. This program is not built on worldly governance models or nonprofit business trends, but on the eternal principles of Scripture. Every course equips students to steward the Lord’s resources — people, finances, time, and infrastructure — with a heart of reverence and excellence. The program cultivates both strategic competence and spiritual accountability, forming leaders who understand that true administration is not mere management, but sacred trust.
Program Duration
This program is designed to be completed in one and a half (1½) years of graduate-level study. Students serving in full-time ministry roles may pursue the program on a part-time basis with institutional approval.
Who This Program Is For
This program is for pastors, ministry directors, treasurers, church board members, and administrative leaders who bear responsibility for organizational decision-making and stewardship within the body of Christ. Whether overseeing operations in a growing church, managing a mission organization, or supporting a pastor in day-to-day leadership, this program is for those who understand that church administration is a calling — not a career — and that every administrative decision must be anchored in righteousness and truth.
Credential Awarded
Students who successfully complete this program will be awarded the Master of Church Administration & Stewardship (MCAS).
This program is offered exclusively for religious and ministerial purposes under California’s religious exemption provision (CEC § 94874(e)(1)).
Spiritual and Practical Outcomes
Graduates of this program will be able to develop ministry plans that reflect Kingdom priorities, not human ambition. They will be equipped to manage tithes, offerings, and missions giving with financial transparency, biblical accountability, and prayerful direction. Students will cultivate servant-leadership skills to lead staff and volunteers in unity and compassion, while ensuring that operational practices do not violate doctrinal purity or ethical standards. The program also addresses legal compliance, governance structures, and organizational culture from a distinctly biblical worldview — upholding both sound order and spiritual vitality. Ultimately, graduates will be prepared to create a ministry environment marked by stewardship, faithfulness, and readiness for the Lord’s return.
Registration Invitation
If the Lord has entrusted you with responsibility for His house — to guide decisions, manage resources, and preserve order — we invite you to be trained for that high calling. The Church needs trustworthy stewards, not worldly managers. Let your hands be skilled, your heart be clean, and your leadership be grounded in the fear of the Lord. Come and be equipped to serve well until the Master returns.
