Program Overview
The Bachelor of Ministry (BMin) is a comprehensive, biblically grounded program designed to train Spirit-filled men and women for faithful, lifelong service in pastoral ministry, church planting, evangelism, and discipleship. This program is not shaped by secular models of leadership or cultural trends but is firmly rooted in the enduring authority of the Holy Scriptures. Through prayerful study and practical ministry engagement, students are formed as vessels of honor, equipped to shepherd God’s people, proclaim the gospel without compromise, and build up the body of Christ in truth and love. Every course is intentionally designed to uphold the sufficiency of God’s Word and prepare students for the spiritual demands of frontline ministry in these last days.
Program Duration
This program is designed to be completed in four (4) years of full-time study. Adjustments may be considered for part-time students who are actively engaged in ministry under pastoral supervision.
Who This Program Is For
This program is for those whom the Lord is calling into vocational ministry — whether as pastors, missionaries, church planters, or disciple-makers. It is especially suited for believers who carry a burden for the lost, a hunger for biblical preaching, and a heart to serve the Church with humility and wisdom. If you sense God is setting you apart to feed His sheep, labor in His vineyard, and contend for the faith once delivered to the saints, this program will help you walk in that calling with reverence and boldness.
Credential Awarded
Students who successfully complete this program will be awarded the Bachelor of Ministry (BMin).
This program is offered exclusively for religious and ministerial purposes under California’s religious exemption provision (CEC § 94874(e)(1)).
Spiritual and Practical Outcomes
Graduates of the Bachelor of Ministry will be able to rightly divide the Word of truth and preach or teach the Scriptures with doctrinal soundness and contextual understanding. They will be trained to shepherd local congregations with biblical counsel, pastoral care, and Spirit-led decision-making. Students will develop ministry strategies modeled on the Book of Acts, prioritizing evangelism, discipleship, and the equipping of others for the work of the ministry. By God's grace, they will also be prepared to mentor younger believers in spiritual disciplines, helping them grow in grace, truth, and service. Above all, students will be shaped into humble leaders who uphold biblical theology and rely entirely on the power of the Holy Spirit in all aspects of church life and mission.
