Doctor of Church Administration & Stewardship (DCAS)
Apostolic Oversight. Doctrinal Integrity. Faithful Governance.
Program Overview
The Doctor of Church Administration & Stewardship (DCAS) is a high-level doctoral program for senior ministry executives called to govern large churches, denominational networks, and mission organizations with biblical wisdom, ethical oversight, and spiritual authority. This program is rooted not in corporate theory or secular management trends, but in the pattern of apostolic leadership revealed in Scripture. Students are trained to navigate complex administrative responsibilities while guarding the purity of the gospel, protecting the flock from corruption, and stewarding resources with integrity. The DCAS cultivates leaders who are not mere executives, but servants of Christ charged with overseeing His house in holiness and truth.
Program Duration
This program is designed to be completed in two (2) years. Its structure accommodates those who are actively serving in senior ministry roles, with mentorship and research integration throughout the course of study.
Who This Program Is For
This program is designed for seasoned ministry leaders who provide executive or apostolic oversight — including bishops, general overseers, denominational leaders, large-church administrators, and heads of faith-based organizations. If you carry the weight of decision-making over people, policies, and finances in a ministry context, and you seek to do so with doctrinal fidelity and spiritual accountability, this program is for you. It is especially suited for those who recognize the dangers of worldly compromise in governance and are resolved to lead in submission to the Word and the Spirit.
Credential Awarded
Students who successfully complete this program will be awarded the Doctor of Church Administration & Stewardship (DCAS).
This program is offered exclusively for religious and ministerial purposes under California’s religious exemption provision (CEC § 94874(e)(1)).
Spiritual and Practical Outcomes
Graduates of the DCAS program will be equipped to integrate biblical principles of economics and stewardship into high-level resource planning and organizational structure. They will design governance systems that protect transparency, accountability, and sound doctrine. Students will be trained to coach other leaders, boards, and executive teams in biblical decision-making and policy development. Through applied research, they will learn to conduct ministry audits that align church operations with gospel mission and eternal priorities. Additionally, graduates will contribute to the wider body of Christ through written research that strengthens the theology and practice of church stewardship in the last days. Above all, they will be prepared to lead not as CEOs, but as bondservants of Christ, entrusted with the care of His people and possessions.
Registration Invitation
If God has entrusted you with oversight at the highest levels of ministry, this program invites you to steward that role with greater clarity, humility, and faithfulness. The Church needs leaders who will not bow to systems of compromise, but who will guard the household of faith with courage and truth. Let your leadership be refined in the fear of the Lord, strengthened in wisdom, and submitted to the Chief Shepherd. Come, and be prepared for such a time as this.
