Program Overview
The Doctor of Ministry (DMin) is an advanced, practice-oriented program designed to strengthen seasoned pastors and ministry leaders through Spirit-guided renewal, biblical reflection, and applied research. It is not a program of abstract theories or academic prestige, but a path of deep surrender and sharpened focus for those who labor in the Lord’s vineyard. Every element of the DMin is rooted in the Word of God and aimed at revitalizing gospel effectiveness, pastoral courage, and servant-leadership in these final days. Students will be equipped to lead boldly, shepherd wisely, and persevere faithfully — not by the wisdom of this world, but by the power of the cross.
Program Duration
This program is designed to be completed in two (2) years. The format is flexible to accommodate those engaged in full-time ministry, with guided research and mentorship throughout the duration.
Who This Program Is For
This program is for experienced ministers — senior pastors, apostles, missionaries, and overseers — who desire a season of deep reflection, fresh empowerment, and strategic retooling for greater faithfulness in ministry. It is especially suited for those facing the spiritual weight of leadership, longing for clarity in turbulent times, and seeking to finish their race with fruit that will remain. If you are carrying the burden of leadership and need renewed strength for the journey ahead, this program is for you.
Credential Awarded
Students who successfully complete this program will be awarded the Doctor of Ministry (DMin).
This program is offered exclusively for religious and ministerial purposes under California’s religious exemption provision (CEC § 94874(e)(1)).
Spiritual and Practical Outcomes
Graduates of the Doctor of Ministry will be equipped to articulate a biblical theology of ministry that is relevant to the challenges of a declining and deceived culture. They will be able to lead renewal and revitalization efforts within the local church through prayer, fasting, biblical teaching, and Spirit-led vision. Students will grow in their capacity to mentor younger ministers, model humility and integrity, and foster a culture of servant-leadership. Through applied research, they will design and implement ministry projects that address real congregational needs and contribute to the spiritual health of the Church. The program also prepares leaders to speak prophetically to the culture with biblical courage, rightly dividing the times, and calling the Church to holiness and readiness for the Lord’s return.
