Bachelor of Church Administration & Stewardship (BCAS)
Biblical Stewardship. Faithful Governance. Servant Administration.
Program Overview
The Bachelor of Church Administration & Stewardship (BCAS) is a biblically grounded program designed to prepare trustworthy stewards for the practical oversight of church resources, operations, and ministry logistics. In a world increasingly driven by profit, personality, and performance, this program restores the biblical model of servant-administration rooted in faithfulness, humility, and accountability to God. Every aspect of the curriculum is anchored in Scripture, equipping students to manage God’s house with reverence, wisdom, and integrity. From financial stewardship to congregational oversight, the goal is not worldly efficiency but spiritual obedience — that Christ may be glorified in all things.
Program Duration
This program is designed to be completed in four (4) years of full-time study. Flexible options may be available for active church workers pursuing the program part-time with pastoral support.
Who This Program Is For
This program is for believers who sense a calling to serve behind the scenes in the essential operations of local churches and ministry organizations. Whether you are a current church treasurer, administrator, volunteer coordinator, or ministry assistant, this program is designed for those who desire to serve the Lord through excellence in biblical stewardship and practical administration. It is especially suitable for those who understand that administration is a spiritual gift, not a secular profession, and that every decision made in the Lord’s house must align with His Word and will.
Credential Awarded
Students who successfully complete this program will be awarded the Bachelor of Church Administration & Stewardship (BCAS).
This program is offered exclusively for religious and ministerial purposes under California’s religious exemption provision (CEC § 94874(e)(1)).
Spiritual and Practical Outcomes
Graduates of this program will be equipped to oversee church finances, resources, and teams in a manner that reflects God’s holiness and transparency. They will apply scriptural principles of generosity, stewardship, and accountability in preparing budgets, managing tithes and offerings, and supporting church operations. Students will learn to lead volunteers and staff with Christlike humility, applying servant-leadership practices rooted in the example of the Lord Jesus Himself. Through coursework in governance and policy, they will be trained to design administrative systems that protect doctrinal integrity, promote mission effectiveness, and uphold ethical transparency. By God’s grace, they will graduate not as managers, but as faithful stewards of the mysteries of God (1 Corinthians 4:1–2).
Registration Invitation
If the Lord has entrusted you with the care of His people’s resources — be it money, people, or property — we invite you to respond with reverent obedience. The Church needs faithful stewards who will not compromise integrity for gain, but who will manage all things as unto the Lord. Come be equipped to build what lasts, serve what matters, and steward what belongs to Christ.
